Training Method that Fits You!

Everyone is different. This is why a personal trainer takes your individual requirements into consideration and creates a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. I am here to share my wisdom, backed up by science, to help you achieve exactly what you want.

Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes, it is helpful to have a friend with you, so you can cheer each other on or share your "misery". My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.

 60 Minute Private session

The classic training program. You are the client and I am your trainer. You have my undivided attention. In this type of training situation, I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant but as a motivation partner who supports you in your goals.  That’s how easy it is. We want to achieve your goal together, and that is enough motivation for me to work just as hard as you do.

60 Minute Group session

You don’t do anything without your best girlfriend,two or three? No problem. I can train and motivate each of you together. My experience has shown that having a friend alongside motivates some clients to top performances that otherwise would never have been possible.

30 Minute Quickety Split
All other sessions are based on a sixty minute time frame.  However I am just introducing this 30 minute quick session to accomodate busy life styles.  These "speedy" sessions require group participation and offer the best cost to you.  Contact me for details.
